It’s located in a very convenient place, right near the ferries to the other towns, quiet at night, and in the main part of Como. Francesco was extremely helpful and accessible! We absolutely loved this apartment. Our only regret is that we were only here for one night, our last of a three week trip through Italy. It was by far the most beautiful, yet functional flat we had during our entire trip. A bonus was our wonderful check in hostess. She was communicative, informative and very helpful. We hope to stay here again, but for much longer! We loved the proximity to the ferry and train stations. Each of which were a 5-10 minute walk. So many beautiful shops, restaurants, history and architecture in Como and we were in the heart of it all.

We stayed in the penthouse which was beautiful and clean, and the property was located a short walk from the train station and dining options. Yaiza was amazing to deal with and went above and beyond when helping me plan a surprise cake for my fiances birthday. Absolutely would stay here again!

Easy checkin, good communication to collect the keys and allowed us to leave our luggage on check out which was great as we had a late train. Well appointed, large apartment with lift. Great location, close to Como S Giovanni train station and easy access of the lake, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend and would definitely use again on my next trip to Como.
