"This hotel is in the perfect location and close to lots of restaurants nearby. It also makes it easy to walk around and see tourist attractions as well. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have. I love that they have self-service laundry and you can buy soap at their little shop. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. They also have a restaurant attached to the hotel that’s great for breakfast or dinner. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again."

Removed one stat as hotel were not super responsive to email requests ahead of stay (had to be chased) and whilst they added my Bonvoy number, they wouldn’t allow me any of the perks (at other hotels I’ve not been able to collect points, but they’ve honoured room upgrades etc). "A bit about my hotel, the Concorde Bucharest Old Town. It was a good sized room and bathroom, and when I arrived the heating was on and it was very hot and stuffy. There was an air conditioning control on the wall but it didn't seem to work, so I opened the balcony door to cool things down. When I told reception about the AC they told me that they turn it off for the winter, which is understandable, but I could adjust the thermostat on the radiators, which worked fine. The staff were...
