Never stayed in a Residence Inn before. We were happily surprised at how nice the room was. Staff at this location were top-notch. Only small complaint is that the walls seemed thin.

Clean and comfortable. A great place.
Everything was exceptionally clean...the public spaces, our room, even the elevator. I even checked corners and they were dust-free. Check-in and check-out was quick, friendly, and efficient. I loved the amount of space in the room...it felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The included breakfast was fine...slightly better than what you'd get at a budget motel, but just barely. However, it got me to lunch just fine and saved a stop (and cost) at a restaurant. The coffee, however, was pretty bad. Overall, a fantastic place which will be on my short-list if I'm in the area again.

Very clean and excellent service
We had an amazing stay! Check-in was easy, room was super clean, and service was fast. We had trouble with the air conditioning in our room and they checked it and had us in a new room within ten minutes.

Sadly, not what I expected
One night stop on muti-day trip. Relatively small suite for a Residence Inn. Bathroom sink drained poorly. Never was able to log in to WiFi. Pet fee was extremely high. That said, room was clean. Good takeout meal from bar across the street.

The location was PERFECT in the sense that you were so close to everything from shopping mall/outlet/plazas and so many food options! Also, the place was beautiful, staff was so helpful and nice, and my room was perfect. Did a solo night away for Mother’s Day and I have absolutely no complaints. I’d love to come back for a solo night away again. Highly recommend!
