First off, the good. Room was fairly clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient. Bad, AC unit was very noisy, 2 of the lights in the room did not work including the main overhead light in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi did not work and no mention was made of this on check in. I went down to grab a quick bite about 7:30. There was very little food, almost no coffee (I got the dregs of the last container), no milk, no juice and the refrigerator that I'm guessing held fruit and maybe yogurt was non operational. I saw not a single staff member my entire stay other than the lady who checked me in. Property is ok but it definitely needs some better attention.

First thing pool was out of order, greasy finger prints on every door, stains all over sheet and comforter, light in entry don’t come on, no toilet paper holder, corners of floor by the shower we’re disgusting, dust and dead bugs in window seal, and no light bulb in side table lamp

The girl at the front desk when we checked in wasn’t friendly or helpful The light inside the room door was burned out, the lights in the bathroom were very dim, the tissue holder was empty, and the room smelled musty. Breakfast was okay but they were out of waffles. The pool was closed even though the lights were on, it was full and the pump was running. The carpet in the room was dirty.

Staff charged me 3 preauthorization charges on top of room charge and locked in $400 for 4 days. Kept telling my bank could take them off. Bank told me that only the hotel could take them off.

There was mold in the shower, on the bathroom walls, the shower was dirty. Only one light worked. There were missing light bulbs. The chair & curtains were filthy. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and left. There was mold in our ice bucket! The a/c took 12 hours to cool the room down. The staff would smoke together directly outside of the entrance. I took pictures, asked to speak to the manager, and was told they weren’t there. I emailed the pictures and received no response. This room was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

One big ashtray!
We loved the hotel, but honestly... every time we entered or left we all smelled like smoke from the staff members congregated in one big, long smoke break just outside the front door. There was a sign indicating a $250 fine for smoking there... but the whole hotel smelled like smoke! (staff?) There were 3-5 big, heavy ladies constantly hanging around the lobby and front of the place smoking up a storm.

Nice, clean and very quiet The breakfast was excellent. Biscuits and gravy every morning. The only complaint my husband had was the pillows were to small and way to soft. I travel with my own pillow. We will be back next year, love the location to where we need to be.

Comfortable and affordable.
My overall stay was positive. The room was very clean, the staff were really friendly. Karen was especially a sweetheart. It was my first time visiting Tennessee and she suggested some places to see and had very pleasant conversations. The breakfast was very good every morning. The room was very comfortable, but the only thing I had a problem with was the water pressure was very low making it challenging to shower and the ironing board needed a new pad, but I was able to get another one from the housekeeping staff. As mentioned earlier the overall experience was a very positive one.
