The hotel is average at best; however, it was $100 cheaper than hotels closer to the USC stadium. The worst part was black mold growing above the vanity and the door to my room. I did alert the front desk as I checked out so hopefully, that will be corrected.The breakfast bar was lacking - eggs were powdered eggs and horrible. Every other hot item was not any good. The rooms do not have carpet, so you can hear people walking around above the room really well. The hotel did not have a water fountain.

Very beautiful hotel first time staying. I think the carpets could’ve been vacuumed a little better I like walking around barefoot And was unable to. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Thank you, and I would definitely stay there again
