There were coackroaches comingnout of the drain and scattering, the second room that they tried to give us had a cup of noodles and a waterbottle that had bedn sitting there for days in it.

Upon check in, there was a loud argument between a guest and staff member. The staff member claimed the guest threatened bodily harm. Front desk check in and out service very slow. Another guest checked out early due to a cockroach in their room. The total charge of $120.00 far outweighed the accommodations.

The place was dinghy. The bathroom was nasty and the tub faucet was bent 35 degrees. Caulk was brown. AC system was loud. The lobby and back door security locks did not work. It's like the owners of this place gave up.

The first room I got was dirty inside each drawer and the television did not work. The second room I got the shower sprayed water all over the place and hardly anything worked properly such as the hairdryer, etc. Someone banged on my door at 10:30 in the morning to warn me, it was almost checkout time. I’m a responsible adult. I think I can manage without the rudeness.

It looked okay enough and the bed looked clean, but then I woke up at 3AM itching and realized that I was covered in bites because they have BED BUGS!!! I got up, gathered my stuff and left! When I alerted the front desk staf they didn't even bother to apologize, offer a refund, or anything else.

requested non smoking room, room, hallway, lobby smelled of smoke, required a $50 deposit for non-smoking room. bathroom door would not latch, no kind of soap in the bathroom. after being in the room for 1/2 hour, my wife developed a sore throat. there was mold around tub, paint cracking on the wall. parking lot was not well lit. the $50 deposit was to be refunded upon checking out, it appeared briefly for one day on my account activity and then disappeared
