"Alicia at the front desk is the only thing that made me give this four stars however she is definitely five stars and by far the nicest and most hospitable of all staff. She went above and beyond to help me when I was unable to get my room cleaned for over the month I stayed she even changed my sheets herself and went out and personally bought me a swiffer to help me. "Staff were very friendly and professional, and I had no issues checking in. The building itself looked as you would expect an older building to look like. The rooms were equipped with functional AC/heat window/wall units. Although all of the appliances worked, my remote had no back, and there were only 2 sad lonely hangers. Outside of the building was clean with sufficient parking. The location was safe, quiet, and convenient with freeway access and restaurants close by. "

"Last minute reservation. The complex is under some renovation it seems so there was some construction around the back. Room seemed pretty clean although there were stains on the bedspread. The room was in decent condition although none of the plugs were tight for plugging in my devices. "

"We had a great stay; the bedroom was top-notch. The heated bathroom floor and bed made it five-star accommodations. The staff was better than ever; Connie was so helpful about what to do and where to go around town. The chef (I forgot his name; I'm sorry) was great to talk to, and the food was five-star."
