I stayed in a suite room, but I wish I had gone somewhere else. The room wasn’t clean at all, and the bathroom was extremely old—almost falling apart! I checked out on the 11th, but I noticed that I was marked as checked out on the 13th instead. While I understand I originally booked until the 13th, if I clearly stated I was leaving on the 11th, the check-out should have been updated immediately. This feels like I’m being unfairly charged for days I didn’t stay. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. It’s very concerning and makes me question the integrity of the staff. I’ve lost money, but more importantly, I’ve lost trust. I hope this issue is investigated and addressed properly.

I liked the room and was not bothered the whole time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Free basic breakfast every day if you’re looking to save money, especially if you’re traveling with a family. The rooms were clean but they need to work on stained sheets/ towels. It would make a big difference. Overall I really did enjoy my stay.

Bathroom exhaust and hair dryer is broken, hotel staff won’t replace or fix, we did not have towels for 2 days - staff do not have towels although they took our dirty ones to be washed. A lot of bugs and cockroaches- hotel did not offer to move us to a different room

I went to the front desk to let them know that the hair dryer is broken, fan exhaust is broken, sink is broken and there are a lot of bugs and cockroaches. Did not offer to replace or move us for 4 days. For 2 days we did not have towels although they took the dirty towels but did not replace them, the guy at the front said it needs to be laundered . I wanted at least a credit, front desk said no! Will not recommend nor stay here again
