The room was spacious and clean, conveniently located in downtown Colorado Springs. Everything is within walking distance, with many restaurants just outside the hotel. The only downside is the parking situation; the hotel doesn’t have its own garage, so you’ll need to park on the street and pay the meter or opt for valet service, which incurs an extra fee. Overall, I still recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in downtown.

This is a very unsafe area of town. I had not even vacated my vehicle before people are already looking into the windows to see if there’s something to steal. I was unable to access the hotel. I had to for my own safety.

I really enjoyed my stay but I think the parking price is ridiculous. Otherwise, breakfast was great, room was cozy but no microwave is a negative. Having to go all the way downstairs to use the microwave was annoying. Staff was nice and would like to come back in the future.

Danielle the manager was an outstanding personnel. She went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and awesome. Danielle was genuinely caring . I will stay there anytime I am in Colorado Springs. The free breakfast was a full menu. The room was clean and the hot tub pool area was phenominal. I rate this a 10plus. Affordable too. It says 3 star but i compare it to a 4 star.

The Hyatt Place Downtown was amazing. The free breakfast outdid most local restaurants. The amenities were great. I cant brag enough on this hotel. And the price was remarkably reasonable. The manager Danyel was a Godsend. She was so polite. So helpful.. and sincerely nice. I travel often and I was not used to such wonderful hospitality. I will be staying there again!

This facility is right downtown and some of the area is sketchy. I did walk several blocks alone at night and the homeless did not approach me.

Nice hotel and nice staff. Convenient to some cool stuff downtown- restaurants, museums, etc… but lots of homeless people throughout the area. Hotel is also right next to the city bus station, which is good and bad too.

The property was downtown Colorado Springs. Our rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing! the only thing that stunk was there’s no free parking but the location was convenient to shop, and eat. All around great experience.

The only negative was the breakfast food was ice cold at 7:00 am( start of breakfast)- eggs, oatmeal, sausage, etc. the hot items were out on the warmer, but like they were just put there.

We had to leave at 6am to get to the airport. Our uber was outside waiting for us and we were locked in the building. We could not leave!!! Called the front desk and they came to the door and it was deadbolted and he had to go upstairs to get a key!!! There was no other exit. If there would have been a fire everyone would have been locked in. Extremely unsafe! Not to mention we had to give our Uber driver a big tip because he had to wait so long.

Very clean room and bigger than expected for the price. No free parking but even the paid parking makes the overall price comparable to other hotels. Located IN downtown Colorado Springs, there's a lot to do that is in walking distance. You do need to walk by the bus station and a variety of people when you leave the property so walking downtown here is not for the feint of heart.

The hotel itself was nice. Very aesthetic. However, the hotel itself was very dirty. We went to the pool after checking in and noticed how green the hot tub was. We got in it anyways and I could not stay in there any longer after taking a seat. The hot tub was very slimy. The evening staff was not very pleasant. I was trying to figure out how I could leave the valet parking lot, the worker there came from behind my vehicle to tell me to leave the lot although I was about to leave waiting for people to finish crossing the sidewalk. He then proceeded to go inside the hotel and go to the front desk to say that I was the threating him at valet when all I wanted to do was leave valet and find parking after a long day of traveling... Overall, it was a nice stay. We still enjoyed the downtown area, just not so much of the cleanliness of the hotel and evening staff.
