"Lovely quiet old school hotel, creaky flooboards and uneven corridors from a building of it age and time. Lovely spacious room, although bathroom was a little tight for some tall and in need of a diet...ie me. Bed and pillows lovely and soft, and super warm."

"The staff were brilliant - very friendly and welcoming. The food in the evening was really good and excellent value for money. The bar was well presented with quality products. The room was decent and comfortable. The only let down was breakfast. I am sad to say in this review, in my experience, the breakfast was NOT (when I had it) value for money. The coffee machine sounded like it was on its last legs, coffee was weak, poor and undrinkable - I had to use the sachet of dried coffee to make a...
