I liked the feel of the hotel upon arrival. Until I went to check in,the front desk staff wasn't very friendly. The pool was closed,no coffee maker in the room, and the freezer had someone's chocolate milk left in it . The pillows had stains in them.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. First, the shower head was completely broken, causing water to spray all over the bathroom, soaking everything in the process. On top of that, I was horrified to find a used soap bar left in the shower from the previous guest – clearly, the room had not been cleaned properly before we checked in. The poor service didn't stop there. The front desk host was incredibly rude during both check-in and check-out, making the whole experience even more unpleasant. I expected so much better and was thoroughly disappointed. I would not recommend staying here.

I was very happy with with my stay. The room and hotel in general was well kept and clean. It would have been 5 star except for the fact that the breakfast was extremely limited. The options were either waffles or pre packaged pastries. The orange juice was out of concentrate so it was basically colored water. There was cereal but no milk. Where is the protein?
