This MOTEL DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR! IT IS THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE IN THE WHOLE WORLD IT’S FILTHY. IT STINKS. IT’S GROSS AND THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER. DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING. THEY ARE SO ILLITERATE IT’S PITIFUL. I WOULD NOT LET MY DOGS STAY THERE. The place reeks of urine, don’t get trapped in this place. You might come out with the disease.

The manager at this property works their but off to make sure guests and facilities are taken care of. It’s quiet and safe!

I liked the price, availability, and the convenience of the location to restaurants, the location of my place of business for the weekend. I did not like that the stove top in my room was gritty and greasy.

Pictures are not accurate, small beds on box spring, and 2 small pillows. Fine if you’re traveling alone. towels in restroom were dirty. Fridge was rusty , floors were dirty even though it smelled like it had just been cleaned

First off, the beds are more like cots.The room we stayed in was dirty, the floor was sticky and looked like it had not been sweped or mopped.There was also a bandaid stuck on the shower curtain.

This property is terrible. There were multiple homeless or living in cars right outside property. Rooms were (at best) semi cleaned but awful conditions. No staff on site, and if there were, their own kids running around the property without shoes or shirts on were with them. It took us 20-30 minutes to check in just for a basic key. Only 2 towels were given- not even enough for our group or 4 people, no soap/ amenities given for bathroom, and nothing to use for the “kitchen/ suites” provided- pans/ pots/ plates/ soap/ dishes. NOT worth $145 a night. Roaches found- This place was disgusting.

I reserved 2 night and when I got there it looked nothing like the pictures, smelled like cigs, and was a tiny room. I cancelled my second night and they said I would get a refund for the night I didn't stay. They said manager will be there Monday to call and I did and she took my number and said she would call me but never did.

This location is EXTREMELY UNSANITARY. I HAD TO BLEACH EVERYTHING DOWN. ( please note I do have pictures) Horrible. It needs to be reported to the health and human services.

Honestly I did not want to write a review about this hotel because I did not want to seem harsh but OMG… if you can find any other options to stay ANYWHERE ELSE please take the other options. The room was a mess. There were stains everywhere. No towels or wash cloths. Noise throughout the night. Plus people sleeping in the hallway of the entrance. You would think this is a nice hotel because of the brand but believe me, this was a waste of money and a waste of our trip.

Please do not make a reservation on this property. It is a property in which transient families and others live. The employees have no mammers and do not know how to treat customers. Rooms are not clean during your stay and only supply 2 towels per room and when we asked for fresh towels the employee said we will be charge extra. The beds are uncomfortable and it feels like lying on a box spring. People cook and the smell is all over the place including other people rooms. The only place to sit apart from the bed is a cheap dining room chair. The carpet on the hallway was stained and always we stuff people dropped. Now I know why it was the only place available during the time I visit Texas A&M area. I cut my visit short.

When I booked my room, I booked a single room with two queen beds for four guests. When I arrived at the hotel and went to the room I immediately noticed that there were two double beds. No towels or washcloths in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and was treated extremely poorly. I was only given two towels and two washcloths for four guests. I would not recommend this hotel to no one. It was also very loud

The reason my rating is four stars and not three was the great service provided by Stephanie at the front desk...kind, friendly, and got us in our room so we could enjoy our time in College Station. The room was clean, which we were happy with, but the elevators and hallways smelled like marijuana smoke. There were also individuals loitering outside, not sure if they were guests or not...did not give the most secure vibe. There is no front desk attendant starting at 10:00 p.m., and when we left at 7:00 a.m., the desk was still closed. Understand this hotel is intended for extended stay clients, so tailor your expectation. Good place, suited our need...you get what you pay for.

Very dirty the room had flying roaches , dirty sheets hairs everywhere, smelled like dog . The refrigerator was all rusty. They had no iron nor Iron board they didn’t clean our room we had to go buy our own disinfecting Items , Nothing like the photos. They have no queen beds. They only have full so it’s false advertisement. I will never book there again

We checked out within 10 minutes after arriving. The rooms were beyond unacceptable. Refrigerator had rust literally ALL OVER! The light fixture in the bathroom was hanging from the cable out of the wall by 5 to 6 inches. No pillows, no towels. The hallways smelled like smoke AND weed. People screaming in the rooms. Overall was awful.
