"Lovely cosy, clean and friendly hotel away, 5m walk to gondola up to Courchevel 1850. Room was excellent. Only notable issue is the wait staff in the bar / restaurant tend to get overwhelmed at busy breakfast, apres ski and dinner times. They need to employ more and some experienced management to run them efficiently. "

"The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. "Hotel was really very good. Location is also good right on the slope. Staff were very friendly. Only takeback was the shuttle service they offered. It was very slow and not punctual. After 10 pm, they have only 1 driver which could be very problematic to return back from a restaurant. We waited nearly 1 hour once."

Don’t be put off!

"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."
