The check-in process was smooth - as I was arriving after 6 pm the key was placed in a lockbox and instructions texted to me during the day. The property is located not far from the centre of town, so there were ample options to eat nearby. While the property is not new, the rooms are in trim and tidy condition, and clean. "Great place to stop driving through Coffs. It’s been renovated really nicely. Very clean and staff were friendly. Really delicious Chinese restaurant across the road! Only thing to consider is if you are a light sleeper being so close to the highway. They do provide you with ear plugs in the room if you need them!"

"The room we had was exactly as per the photos. There is no lift in the building. Luckily, the staff helped me to carry my suitcase up 1 flight of stair after check-in and down after check-out. Room is clean but the window shutter is dusty. Thick fluffy white towels. Good water pressure. "
