"The front desk staff was super friendly and we were able to check in with no problems. The room was basic yet comfortable. The hotel was located in a very natural setting and you felt you were among nature. Not for the parts I did not like. "It was fine for a few nights, but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend. Cons: It was SO loud with trucks and motorcycles going by all day and night. I wore earplugs and still couldn’t sleep. This is a common in jardín, so I’d recommend looking for a hotel on the edge of town if you want to sleep. Also service could have been better. "Everyone is very hospitable. All the concierges are bilingual and friendly. Diego and Fran the bartenders are great people. What really blew me away were the ballon’s on the walls, the message on the mirror, and a birthday cake in my room ready with a decorative plate. Superb service, will definitely be returning."
