"Pretty Georgian style Hotel that was conveniently close to the airport and the shopping mall and across the road from the beach. We had Large spacious room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool area and sea. I nearly cancelled this Hotel as I read the reviews but to be fair, it actually exceeded my expectations. I don’t have anything negative to say about the hotel. We use the spa The treatments were quite expensive for South African prices but we’re from the UK so it was reasonable for us. I did think it was a little bit cheeky that they charge Extra to use the sauna steam room which would double the price of your massage. However, the massage was exceptional experience. The spa is an outsourced supplier to the hotel sitting. In door pool and out swimming pool there’s also a small gym with a couple of treadmills and a few other machines as useful as also water available. The shopping mall is very close by and a couple of supermarkets. Lots of restaurants you’ve got children is a cinema and an arcade. Breakfast was ok - buffet but included in room rate . Platinum level Expedia members we got a free bottle of fizz waiting for us when we arrived, which was a nice touch. They were secure car parking facility underneath the hotel with direct access into the list and straight into the hotel. The hotel was very quiet at night. We had no loud noises which I do and we felt safe."

"Actual food service a little slow but staff and food excellent. Not being able to extend ‘book out’ or offer a transit room so we could enjoy the sun a few more hours before our flight out -7 hours time- was very frustrating! "

"This beautiful hotel is blocks away from the beaches and a major shopping center. Yet it is quiet. The room is comfortable, wonderful bed. Delicious free breakfast made to order with wide choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Site secure. It's a gem."

AC wasnt working in initial room but got moved in a different but similar room within reasonable timeframe "

"Beautiful views and staff very accommodateing! Had a wonderful experience at addo elephant park despite early morning rain! Would definitely tecommend you check them out!. Do pay attention to driving directions they send you. We did not and went on a rough road we did not meed to. Google sucks sometimes!"

"Amazing views from the 17th floor. Comfy bed and a nice large room which helped since we had 2 huge suitcases. Easy parking, friendly staff."
