El personal del hotel desde el principio fue muy agradable y amable, la limpieza de las areas mas los cuartos es exelente y el desayuno fue muy completo y bueno. Todas las areas del comedor muy limpias y los empleados muy atentos a rellenar cada estación y limpiarlas de ser nesesario. La localizacion exelente y con buen estacionamiento, la playa esta justo detras del hotel y con acceso directo. La piscina tenia calentador y temperatura muy agradable.

Overall our stay was fine, we were there one night before a cruise. Bed, washroom were all clean. My biggest complaint is that the floor in our room (vinyl plank?) was filthy, I could tell walking on it; my feet were black, as were the bottoms of the feet of my sons sleeper.

This is a very big property with like five buildings. The rooms were very nice and had recently been remodeled. It seemed. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Though it was still a typical hotel breakfast. The hotel was close to the beach, but we did not get to enjoy that, because we were only there for one night.

Heated pool felt really great as our weather was cloudy and cool. This place is always clean, super close to the pier and dining, plus has a great view of Cape Canaveral.

My encounter with the staff wasn’t an issue, they were very helpful and friendly. We checked in super late in toe with an 5yr old and 1yr old and we were supposed to have a King sized bed, we ended up with two queens. Again, it was late and I didn’t feel like going back to the “desk”. I had to go back once because the door wouldn’t open, we thought it was the key. The gentleman explained that the saltwater makes the door stick and you basically use your shoulder in push the door open. I’ve stayed in better hotels, even my 5yr old said he wasn’t comfortable staying there. Everything was dated and smelled old. Because we were only there for one night and it was late, again we didn’t bother calling with our concerns. But I definitely won’t be staying there again.
