"When we visited the hotel, there were some civil work going on. They put us in a room, where the fan was too high near the ceiling and the bed was on one side of the room. we could not get any breeze out of that fan, in that hot weather. And, the AC was not working. The whole night was miserable. We had to catch a train at 5.15 AM. Anyway we got up very early without any alarm because of our intermittent sleep."

"We stayed over two weeks and we liked the place. Their rooms are spacious and clean.Staff is very courteous and polite in their approach especially Miss Devu. She is an asset to the organization. "Hotel has been modernised, and very centrally situated in business area. Great for a day or so but rooms are a bit small for a longer stay. Restaurant meal selection is quite limited but are well priced. This is a two and a half star hotel and is good value for money, and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful."

The bar attached to the hotel ground floor is dimy lit but appears clean, and service is decent. Wifi is sporadic throughout the property but staff offered me a mobile wifi device during my stay.
