"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"When I arrived to my room there were some electrical issues but they had maintenance there in under 10 minutes and I was in my new room in under 30. Things were handled quickly "

"We really enjoyed the stay there everyone was so nice and very polite and also the rooms was very clean and the staff there was so sweet and they always made sure we had fresh towels and the pool and hot tub was amazing the kids really enjoyed there time. I love the fact that I didn’t have to worry about my kids while my hubby and I took a nice stroll and got a mixed drink very awesome with everything there you don’t have to leave it was very relaxing I will definitely be back there to stay and I pray I can stay there even longer this time. "
