"Valet service was top notch! Attendants were ALWAYS friendly- worth the $49 daily rate!! Check-in staff and housekeeping were equally kind and accomodating. Location to City Market couldn’t get any better! AC system was pushed with the temps, sometimes it would give off a musty smell- but it was manageable. Be aware the hotel charges a mandatory daily $25 convenience fee that includes some perks- unlimited water, 1 bar drink per person, breakfast discount- it is not refundable. They also charge a refundable fee of $75/daily for incidentals. Both were unknown until check-in. Overall a great experience- would highly recommend!"
