"The checkin person was nice and fairly quick. The facility is huge but not crowded when we were there. Map provided with close parking to our room. The breakfast was good. The pool area looked very clean but we didn’t have time to use it. Bed was fine. Nice to have frid and microwave in room. Shower was good and had nice warm temp. Room had regular arm chair and desk chair too which we liked instead of just sitting on bed. Would stay again. "

"Fast check in, big room (suite) and clean. Whoever they hired to do the wallpaper should never work on wallpaper again lol. But room was comfortable and clean. Not sure it was worth the price paid, would have expected at least a couple of niceties like some bottled water in the room or snacks or something for the price. Hotel was decorated nice for Christmas season."

Best Staff Ever

"The Hilton Garden in is THE place to stay if you are flying in to Akron Canton and visiting the surrounding area. It's location was perfect for our needs, but the best part was the staff. I will never remember everyone"s name, but Rachel, Dave, and Linda were particularly helpful, friendly, and kind. The shuttle service to be picked up at the airport was a lifesaver since our plane was delayed and we were unable to pick up our rental car until the next day. I will never forget how welcome and cared for we felt during our time at this particular Hilton. It all came down to the remarkable, friendly, staff and the security, comfort, and peace we experienced there. "
