"For one night before getting on the cruise ship, this hotel was great. Cheaper than other options around. Shuttle from the airport was easy and convenient. Hotel is located near multiple shopping complexes with lots of stores and restaurants. You could walk to them, but the shuttle would also drive you and pick you up which was a nice perk. Shuttle to the cruise port you had to pay for, but also easy and convenient. The room was clean, if older. The hallways could use a vacuum."

"This was a nice surprise in a not so great part of town. This section of Ft. Lauderdale is close to the airport and not a really nice section of town. The pool was lackluster, so don't get excited about that. However the staff is very friendly, the lobby is very nice, and the breakfast area is large with lots of seating, TVs, and many food and beverage choices all included in your stay. There is a shuttle I saw running often to/from airport and port, and the staff was very helpful with those...

"Property is right across the street from hard rock casino which makes a good alternative to staying on site. They have convenient shuttle service over to the casino. However, the hotel shuts down the bar and restaurant every Friday night to recognize Jewish Sabbath so we were a little disappointed that we did not get a chance to enjoy those amenities."

"We arrived after 8 pm, checked in, got ice for nightcap went to bed. Check in was quick. Very friendly staff. Lobby echoes so it was difficult to hear because of a loud family. Once in the room it was quiet. Left hotel at 3:30 am for an early morning flight so can't comment on breakfast. We did take advantage of the coffee in the room. "
