"Friendly introduction and service was excellent for the 3 nights. Well located near ciudad central. Great elevator, be sure to use it. Room "edelweiss" was large, two sofa chairs, large windows for ventilation, even in summer. Breakfast was "Spain". Again, service was great, rates were more than reasonable."

"We booked this hotel as a midway stop while travelling between the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts of Spain. The hotel is bang in the city centre so our room was small but well planned. The underground parking is a complete nightmare the first time you drive into it - the words narrow and labyrinthine spring to mind. "Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each evening we dined here. Lots of relaxation areas available. A very relaxed, comfortable property. Look forward to the possibility of staying here again in the future."
