"For the most part we had an amazing experience the only negative things I can say is that when we went to check in the servers were down so check in was a little difficult and my room wasn’t ready right away I was waiting outside my room for a good 10-15 minutes before I was finally able to go into my room and after only one night my box spring/ frame broke when I just went to sit up from my bed. "

"Our room was lovely - well decorated and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would ask for a room away from the ballrooms to avoid noise. The restaurant next door was terrific - with train vintage pullman cars to dine in, an excellent bar, great service, and the surf & turf was delicious."
