"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. "We booked to stay one night for our anniversary down from the north on the day of the first snow in November! Still our day was delightful, the hotel is based in a picturesque village overlooking open countryside. The view was even more idillic with the covering of snow. Our hostess was very welcoming and very helpful all through our stay. The food was superb, we would have loved to stay longer but we had other commitments. We both thoroughly recommend The Manor at Abberley. "

"The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout The room had everything needed and was full of character Staff are very efficient and helpful Breakfast was good quality Excellent location but had to park on council car park The only downside was Sunday lunch which was tasteless and it took us 20 minutes to even get served with a drink "

"I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfy this hotel was, needed a low cost last minute night. Free parking, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfy, tv had good selection of channels including Disney plus and Netflix, which was great for us as there was a bad storm at the time. We ate in the restaurant and food was served quickly and was perfect temperature and well presented, we had no disturbances during the night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be booking again, I have stayed in many hotels in this area, some 3x the price, this one is by far the best value for money."
