Our room was very outdated. We had a king suite and there was a step to get up into the bedroom area. Walking arlund you can feel the floor sinking in numerous areas. It just has a old feel to the entire building. The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient to shopping and dining.

We were put in a room that the fridge and TV didn’t work. The next day, they said that room was supposed to be out of service. They moved us to a different room which was better but still very old and in need of an update. I don’t think we would stay here again.

Overall the stay was pretty well. I enjoyed the comforts of housekeeping supplying our needs and the staff was very helpful. We weren’t from the area so given the experience I would stay again.

Property has really gone downhill. My room smells like sewage. The elevator is down and I’m on the 5th floor which is pretty unacceptable. The bed is clean and the front desk service was good but that cannot make up for how much this place stinks, how noisy it is, and how run down everything appears. I don’t have somewhere else to stay so I’m sticking the night out but this place is repulsive, I cannot recommend it.
