"The check in process was fast and easy. We were 'upgraded' to a first floor, parking lot side room with two queen beds which was lovely as the king was not needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were in a state of general disrepair. The carpets in the hallways are rolling and are an accident waiting to happen. "Beautiful unit and straightforward contactless checkin. The location is wonderful, many great bars and restaurants in the area to walk to and enjoy. Busy place on the weekends cause of the students, however safe to walk around and the property is still quiet from being at a hotspot in Waterloo!! "

"We came to town to ride on the Waterloo Central Railway (Santa train!!l) and were pleasantly surprised a how conveniently located the hotel was to the train stop and St. Jacob's market. We loved the pool and breakfast as well!"
