I really hate to leave a poor review, but I wish someone would’ve let me know before hand. It’s hard to believe this building is only 16 years old. There was rust and scratches all over the bathroom. The drain didn’t work, there was no hand soap, they said to use body wash to wash our hands. There was dirt and hair in the beds and you can tell the place has just been neglected for years. It’s sad because you can see the potential it once had and could have. Won’t be staying again.

The front desk lady was polite and provided a comprehensive explanation of everything we needed to know. Our room was very clean and smelled nice. Although we only stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for one night, we had a great experience.
