"Honestly can't fault it for what we needed it for. All staff were lovely and professional. Room was clean. The pull out bed almost broke on sitting on it so that was interesting. Slight pet peeve of mine was the toilet seat not covering the whole toilet bowl which is unpleasant to me but a personal pet peeve. Taxi easily booked with reception at a flat rate to the airport. "My friend and I stayed here as we were coming to the Sleep Token gig at Co-Op Live. The staff are so lovely and are attentive without being intrusive. Our room was one without a window, but it didn't matter, as we were there to get ready beforehand and sleep when we got back. Overall, our stay was great and the only things w disliked were the peeled/torn off paper on where a window might have been and the stained carpets in the corridors, but we know that things like that happen in busy places....

"We were visiting family and arrived at 2.40 pm even though check in was 3pm we thought we may have been able to check in but they said not so we were unable to change and had to leave our case at reception until we got back at 10 pm. We then went straight to bed, we were very surprised there was no bottles of water in the room. Breakfast was ok but very busy had to wait for items to be replaced. But overall nice hotel"
