"The stay was nice. Room was clean. Pool and hot tub were clean. The cleaning staff were amazing, and personable. Location for my work was great and restaurants across the street were convenient and nice . The hotel is a bit dated though I would stay again due to the outstanding staff and service. "

"One night stay prior to catching an early morning flight. There was the nice amenity of a restaurant/bar onsite. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Airport shuttle was on time and efficient. Our only problem was the room frig was so loud it was difficult to fall and stay asleep. The beds were comfort, so if there wasn’t that noise we would have been well rested. We did tell the staff at check. Hope it is an easy fix. "

"I ordered my room through a third party, for my honeymoon weekend. So I ordered one of the suites, which is bigger. The third party charged me for my room, and when we got there, because of some miscommunication, my room was cancelled. However the hotel made up for this!! They were amazing! They even decorated our room, it was SO nice! We will definitely be back! Thank you!"

"Comfortable beds (4 pillows always a plus), good temp control, nice walk in shower & bathroom. We did have a random wake up at 0130 from someone randomly knocking multiple times but other than that the stay was great."

"I truly enjoyed the costumer service. Very welcoming and informative. We did not enjoy the pool area so much. Kids should not be allowed to play in the jacuzzi area. It was a mess and the water looked very dirty. Someone on the fourth floor was throwing full bottles of water at the pool from above almost injuring our kids and other people and children. We told security but nothing was done about it so we had to leave the pool area and our children were very disappointed. Also, I don’t agree with paying for parking. That’s unacceptable seeing that I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and never experienced this. No breakfast vouchers or anything accommodating for this unnecessary charge. Anything would have been nice to accommodate us for these issues. Hopefully if we ever book this hotel again we will have a better experience."

A Great Experience!

"We were really pleased with our one-night stay here. Check-in was smooth, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculate. All the fixtures (faucets, shower, etc) were sturdy and worked just as they should, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was noise- proof, and the hallways were also very quiet. Breakfast was much better than other places we’ve stayed in the area, with many food choices (omelets, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice, etc) all served in a pleasant and comfortable dining area. The entire hotel was very clean, and every staff person with whom we interacted was courteous, efficient, helpful and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again!"
