This is such a lovely hotel - highly recommend. We just returned from our wonderful stay in Menorca and this hotel made our stay extra special! The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of vegetarian options. The pool area and outdoor areas are very clean and lovely to relax around. There’s also regular entertainment at night which is nice. Staff are all really friendly and attentive. Great location just a short stroll away from Cala Blanca and the beach next to the hotel is lovely. The buffet dinner is good but quite expensive if it’s not included, however we really loved dining at Picco, the food and service is excellent. The bar by the pool also serves lovely food and drinks at a good price. There is also a little supermarket opposite the hotel which is useful. If you’re looking to visit Cituadella, the front desk can order a taxi for you and it only costs around $6.

The bar and restaurant staff were brilliant and the food was really good. A great range of choice, good quality and the staff were fab. Reception staff not so good. They didn’t really share much I formation on the hotel, what’s around us etc. we had to move rooms as the first room was two singles after I requested a double and it looked like a child’s bedroom we couldn’t even both get our cases in and on the floor. We moved to a second bedroom which was larger, but none of the plug sockets worked, only one in the bathroom and we had to unplug the fridge to use a second. There is nothing in the local area at all. A tiny cove beach and one restaurant opposite the hotel, but if you want an evening stroll or to just get out the hotel and get drink or meal elsewhere, you’re out of luck. Overall it was a good stay but the pictures shown on the website are only if you upgrade. The standard of the rooms isn’t amazing.

Overall, the hotel is lovely and well laid out, with clean pools and grounds. The Kitchen Market buffet is decent. The themed evenings varied: sushi night was excellent, but Thai Food Night lacked authentic Thai food, which was disappointing. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but I've seen better selections, especially in terms of fruit, at other chain hotels. The live evening entertainment was great, particularly a singer/guitarist duet and a group of gymnasts. However, the service was poor. Room cleaning was inconsistent, especially with replenishing cups, glasses, tea and water. Even after requesting items at reception, service was either delayed or inconveniently timed (picture loud knock on the door at 10.30pm after requesting at lunchtime. Needless to say this woke my daughter up). Other issues included a shower tray that flooded the bathroom and a lack of hooks for jackets or dressing gowns. Additionally, the complicated lighting and air-con system was frustrating to use, with no printed instructions provided, and the app was too basic to help. Overall though I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and despite the niggles we'd probably stay again. It was well located for trips to Ciutadella and to the south, with a good bus connection (albeit busy at times).

Because of the reservation system problem of the hotel, we couldn't have the room we should have taken on the first day. However, the hotel staff made an effort as much as possible and tried us to stay comfortable. We had excellent vacation in Menorca and we will be back to stay in this hotel in near future.

- Buffet geschmacklich voll in Ordnung und immer nachgefüllt - frische Pinsa sehr lecker, genauso der griechische Salat und die frischen Pancakes mit Obst zum Frühstück - Speisesaal innen ähnlich einer Kantine, recht laut - Essen auf der Terrasse dagegen sehr gemütlich und auch ruhiger - Zimmer: Suite mit eigenem Pool, ausreichend groß, toller kleiner Pool, sauber und genug Stauraum - Im Bad leider wenig Stauraum bzw. Möglichkeiten für Handtuchaufhängung - Daybed und allgemein die Außenmöbel schön und sehr bequem. Super! - Hellhörigkeit (siehe andere Bewertungen) bei der Suite nicht gegeben, außer bei lauten Gesprächen der Putzkräfte auf dem Gang - Anlage gepflegt, sauber und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich - Umgebung ruhig - Abendprogramm für uns ausreichend mit ca. 1,5 h Musik/Zauberei/etc. - Animation und MiniClub nicht genutzt - Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße rund um das Hotel, da findet man (im Mai) immer was. - Strände in der Nähe super schön, zur Hauptsaison sicher sehr voll - „Hotelstrand“ in 5 min Fußweg auch echt toll - Mini-Supermarkt direkt nebenan, aber nicht getestet. Unter anderem Lidl, Aldi und Eroski je ca. 10 min Fahrt entfernt - Tipp: Sehenwürdigkeit Steinbruch Lithica
