"My party of 16 members stayed at this property during a big event at this town. All of us got a total of 5 rooms and all rooms faced several issues. Some units were remodeled with new flooring, showers, sink but AC unit not cooling enough. Other units were not remodeled; had very old tubs with stains, carpet very worn out and stained but AC unit and view to green areas, swimming

and mountain were great. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed with “high” traffic due to town/village’s week...

"Nice place to stay for relaxation and natural beauty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property has lots of little interesting spots to explore and a nice library. It could use some maintenance and updating but everything was fine. The meals served at the hotel were ok. Massage was inexpensive and good. The pools are not very warm but the mineral water felt good on my skin. "

"All around great property surrounded by nature with excellent facilities if traveling with kids. The restaurant is open all day offering local dishes which are all freshly cooked, so expect a little wait but it is worth it. The only remark is incorrect information in the description regarding distance from El Rosario Monarch Butterflies sanctuary.. it says 14 minutes.. it is actually 55 minutes with Google maps."

"Excellent stay to visit the monarch butterfly sanctuary in Rosario which is about one hour drive. Very convenient location so we could enjoy the area without being in a rush. Our room was spacious and had the pleasant sound of the spring water. There is some road noias it's right next to the road. But we alway use the white noise app with ocean sounds to sleep so we were very comfortable. Staff are very pleasant and there is a snack bar and restaurant in the facility. Other restaurant options...
