"U arrived after hours but they sent me a very clear guide via email and it was easy to follow. It’s one thing to give clear instructions but the instructions, cards, passcodes worked and that’s a big deal. The room was spotless and seemed new, so it was very pleasant. When I did see staff, they were super friendly, my room was cleaned well as well while I was out, I was able to speak English to staff who spoke A+ English and able to get tips on how to catch the bus back to the airport. "Great location and great placement above the mall. Fantastic panoramic views of Belgrade. Great service. Very lively bar that happens to be the hotspot for local night life. After hours access is a bit problematic because the mall entrances close during the night and one has to figure out where is the elevator. My only complaint would be that they do not have adequate shower supplies. Instead of usual shower gel and shampoo you get a small bar soap."

"I will preface this by saying this is only the second time I have stayed at a hostel I stayed in a private room with a shared bathroom Overall, the stay was great! My bed was spacious and I had a great AC unit! When I stayed in Prague, my aparthotel lacked an AC and it was an experience! The only thing about the room was that it could have done with a lock of paint - lots of marks on the walls. Sharing a bathroom was no bother. "This was such a great stay and I don’t usually leave reviews. The highlight for sure was the restaurant and cafe.. you must try a piece of the famous cake there! Also it was great that this hotel was right off of the main pedestrian shopping road in Belgrade “Knyaz Mikaela” which made for a lovely stroll. "

Great Hotel in a Perfect Location

"Perfect hotel. Very clean, comfy beds and very central - directly on the main shopping street. Many great cafes, restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The only issue (which can be solved) was the noise from the street as there are some restaurants/bars downstairs. For me I just wore ear plugs and this issue was solved. If you’re ok with wearing Ear Plugs - then this place is ideal. "
