"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."

"From the moment we arrived, we felt and saw the wow factor. The hotel is beautiful, the bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are large as well. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices. Our dinner menu was excellent and the food was delicious. The wines were top notch, we absolutely loved all the wines on offer. Everything was perfect. "It was pleasant, but extremely basic! There were nothing to drink water with - not even throw away cups! The pilows were about 5 metres thick. As far as towels were concerned we had two bath towels and only one face towel. The rooms were clean. The breakast was more than expected and fresh and enjoyable. The breakfast area was modern with lovely touches, the design of the chairs surprisingly delightful. The location of the hotel was spot on!"
