"I walked in to Reseption and smell hit me . Walking to room the hallway smelt . In the Room the carpet crunched in every step .. I turned and left . Spoke to reception told them I’ve just drove 4 hours .and I can not stay hotel as it was as described & am leaving to drive back another 4 hours to Kraków . They agreed their would be no charge and I left ..so I paid for a hired car I didn’t need and a full tank Petrol .."

"Very pleasant hotel and staff. Food in the restaurant was a bit like student's had made it, but otherwise it was edible. The staff didn't speak good English though, that's a big minus. I'd stay there again."
