"One of the best staff I ever deal with, Alexandra, Silvia, Andreas and I think Clava, they were all so helpful. Property is very well kept and the breakfast was great. the only thing missing is maybe a shuttle service from and to the train station, that would be perfect since taxi service and public transportation is unreliable "

"Beautiful hotel really deserves 4 stars in our opinion. Everything here is perfect. Excellent parking, lovely room, lovely staff, lovely outside space (altho a cold plunge pool would be nice, as only indoor heated pool & warm jacuzzi) & great position only short walk to main town which is lovely. Also lovely trattoria in Rivoltella 3 min walk from hotel. Our 2nd stay here & would def stay again if in this area"

"We had a wonderful stay, the room was very clean and the staff were always really helpful and friendly. The pool was amazing and pretty clean. The only thing that knocked it down to 4 stars was the breakfast which was just alright."

Nearby restaurants of high quality, very close to the
beach. Lots of activities within the Bella Italia compound. Nice underground heated pool with Sauna. Room was comfy. Would definitely come again!"

"Just a quick overnight stay but our room was so amazing, I wish we'd have had the option to stay longer. The bed was so comfortable and the views were amazing. Breakfast was excellent and my husband said his coffee was the best he had on our whole trip! Would definitely return."

"Historic and atmospheric, beautiful location in the traditional old town, spacious restaurant and pier access, very convenient for ferry access and sunshine on terrace all day round. Food options were extensive but more expensive than comparable restaurants in the area, and it would have been nice to have a freshwater pool to cool down in. Spa and restaurant staff were fine, not overly friendly, but reception staff were excellent - their local restaurant and gelato recommendations were superb!"
