Excellent property to stay in downtown Cincinnati. Walking distance to many restaurants. No free parking, but we did pay only $6 to park overnight in the parking garage behind the hotel.

Very nice facility. Located near several good eateries, breweries, and activities. Area around the building is undergoing a lot of construction. No fault of the hotel chain just what it is and it will pass. Overall highly recommend this property.

This hotel was great for a weekend getaway! In the middle of the city it was close to several restaurants and fountain square. These places were also within walking distance; although, it can be a little cold in the winter. The place was very clean and staff were also super friendly. I would definitely book this place again in the future!

We really like the hotel, the room, the service, almost everything. The only one detail was that the cleaning staff forgot to take out the trash from the previous guest, so even when the room and bathroom seem pretty clean that little mistake can make you doubtful

The room was clean, functional, and as described. Service was excellent, efficiently run. Parking was included, and good coffee in the morning. Didn't have the breakfast but continental if you wanted. Good location to cruise Cincinnati's OTR district.

The rooms are decent size for a downtown location in a big city. Nice beds and good water pressure. The suites are nice to have if you are staying a while. TVs have an option to log in to a few streaming services which is a nice feature. The self park option is comparable to other properties and it seemed easy to get in and out when needed although we walked most places. There are rentable scooters and bikes all over the downtown area. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast which has rotating options including some really tasty ham and cheese croissants! (I take this over a free cookie any day!) The pool is a bit small but is heated and didn't seem busy during our stay. The gym is larger than I expected and has all the basics. Front desk and valet staff were all very lovely and helpful. Color printing is available behind the front desk in small amounts. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The staff and services were AMAZING! Everyone was friendly, and the rooms were clean and exactly as pictured and described. The game room was fun! My wife and I played pool and listened to music and had a great time! The down side is parking. You can Valet for 40$/night or you can park 2.5 blocks away and walk. When you have suitcases, luggage, backpacks, etc., the walk can be fun. And the way back too with all of it. I can say that’s the only real negative. The exercise room is pretty good. All in all, it’s 4.5 stars for me. If they fix the parking issue l, it’s a solid 5!
