The property is old and not maintained well. It's extremely hot in the public parts of the hotel. The rooms provided the cooling though. There is garbage in the parking lot, and around the inside of the hotel. We had a half eaten chicken wing on the floor outside our room for the whole stay. The room was old. The refrigerator looked like people used it for a soccer ball. There holes in the walls from the door handles. The staff was really very nice. They addressed our concerns quickly. All in all I can't recommend anyone stay there. It's not worth any money you would save.

The first floor was incredibly hot and humid and smelled of mildew from the pool. The pool itself has a strange fog coming from it. We were on the second floor, and had to travel to the sixth floor to get ice because literally every single ice machine on each floor did not work. There was no fridge or microwave in our room, so ice was incredibly necessary! And most importantly, while leaving on Saturday, we learned that our door wasn’t latching shut! Thankfully we didn’t have anything important in our room, since we were in too much of a hurry to do anything about it. When we were inside the room, we were able to use the deadbolt, but if no one was inside to bolt it, anyone could just push on the door to open it.

Even though property is close to highway it's fairly quiet area. Negatives: Pool is inside main courtyard with rooms on all sides and obviously not sufficient ventilation of sauna/hot tub heat. The area was extremely humid and I could barely breathe because of my lung problems. In addition, the heat from the pool area kept our room at almost 80 degrees. The ac couldn't keep up. The toilet gasket was broken so the toilet tank wouldn't fill so for the first hour all we heard was the constant sound of water running. It only stopped after I filled the tank completely using the ice bucket to dump water from sink. At reservation we asked for roll-away bed and when we got to the room it wasn't there, the bedding was sitting there but no roll-away. It took almost 3 hours and 4 reminders to staff to have bed delivered. I wouldn't stay there again with our getting an outside view and away from the pool area.

While it definitely was a hot spell in Ohio, the lobby, hallways and elevator were a sauna. My actual room was nice and quiet but took forever to cool down. I felt bad for the check-in staff (who were great) because of the heat. Outside appearance and inside common areas need a facelift.

This was my third time staying at this hotel but it will be the last time. Hotel needs updating. Torn drapes at the end of the hall near room. Broken ironing board in room that couldn’t be stored in closet. Had to change rooms because no stopper for bathroom sink. No maid service. Note in room said we would receive fresh towels on 3rd day but didn’t. The free breakfast was very limited-cereal and waffles. I will say the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the shower had good water pressure.

We had to use the sofa sleeper.And it was very stained on the mattress pad. The couch had stains all over it too. The air conditioner did not work.It stayed on an error message.So it was hot and muggy in the room. There was no hair dryer. Requested someone to come and look at the air conditioner and to bring us a hair dryer and that never happened. We were there for a softball tournament and expecting to get some ice and on all six floors the ice machines were not working. Got there expecting to use the pool only to find out they must close it by 9:00.

Not bad. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The facility is pretty run down. The bar and restaurant appear to both be permanently closed. It looks like a Big facility to try to run as a budget hotel. All around, we'd come back.

The person at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. My room & the bathroom were clean & comfortable. I did expect a small refrigerator & microwave. I should have read the amenities more carefully. My fault. As noted by others the decor was older and dated. A musty smell greeted me as I walk in the building but thankfully not in my room. As I walked back to the elevators past what appeared to be an old restaurant and Tiki bar the area was very warm, perhaps due to the indoor pool.

I will not be booking at “Quality Inn” ever again. The room we got was supposed to be 2 queen beds but we got full. Not such a big deal. The hotel had a small pool with a nice dining area near. However, no breakfast was given except a few fruits and cereal of your choice in a container. Not the traditional many people are used to(eggs, sausage, bacon, etc). The main level of the hotel was extremely hot, unpleasant to say the least unfortunately. We had kids running down the hallways and knocking the door, being disruptive. There was a “non smoking” sign unfortunately the floor we were in had a very strong smell of marijuana which was very unpleasant. Lastly, we asked if we could get the beds cleaned and for a few towels. The lady upfront said they clean the beds we stay in every 3 days so our room didn’t get done. We did get towels but it seemed like they didn’t want to give us more towels as the receptionist said “do you need them now or can we give them later to you.” Since it seemed like a bother we said later was fine. Maybe things could change but I will no longer boom at Quality Inn again.

It’s smells so bad in here. The pictures on Expedia are not even pictures from this property. The toliets are dirty, the fan in the bathroom sounds like it will catch fire soon, and there is not two tvs or two divider walls in the Executive King Suite. There was think green glass in the parking lot, which the front desk lady did clean up. Most of all this smell is bad and the pictures are from another property.

The hotel and the room were dirty. The whole hotel felt damp due to the high temperature of the inside pool. The whole hotel felt like it was abandoned in 1996. There was only one employee working there, she was checking on guests and also serving breakfast. We were not given the room we booked. The carpet in the room was sticky, the bathtub was dirty. We weren't given enough towels or pillows. We were a family traveling with two toddlers. No one came to service the room ie take out garbage, give towels. We called to ask for more towel and asked why no one came to the room, we were not given a proper response.

This place was awful. I wish i couldve got a refund. It was disgusting. Our AC didnt work. Theres no fridges or microwaves. The pool was really gross. The breakfast was cereal, yogurt, or oatmeal and you got milk from a.pitcher. the staff was rude and pushed off our issues. NEVER going back.
