While staff was friendly and very helpful our room floor was dirty, therr was chewing tabacco rubbed into the floor beside the bed, and some sticmy substance we kept stepping in. Our feet were grey on the bottoms. We traveled with an infant and we couldnt put her down. In front of our hotel room door there were shreds of paper everywhere. A maid said she was coming back to vacuum but never did. Our tub and shower worked half-way. When we turned the shower on the water was still coming out of the faucet so water the water pressure from the shower head was very low. Also the drains....we stood in water eaiting for the super slow drainage out of the bathtub AND bathroom faucet. They were BOTH backed up.
The next morning upon going to breakfast the seating was bench style and then chairs on the opposite side which were soiled in either dirt or grease. I have photos. The bench seats u literally fell into them and cant get up. The fabric bsckboards to the bench style was also soiled and stained.
Last but not least when we booked the hotel, there was NO mention about being charged for parking! We were charged $9 for parking yet we were given a hotel hanger for inside the car. There were signs up that said free parking for hotel patrons yet we were charged $9. We booked this hotel because of convenience to the zoo. We will never make this mistake again.
