"Amazing property. Everything was clean. there’s a grocery 5/7min walking distance. One thing I did not like is that Outside of the building had so many graffiti’s. Overall it was a great experience will definitely be back. "

"I found the property to be very clean and regularly served by house keeping. My only gripe is the on-arrival process which needs some work. There is no easy access to the apartments when out of hours and the meeting new resident policy is near non existent. We arrived at 12 noon still finding it difficult. If it weren’t for helpful neighbouring apartment managers we would not have been able to access the apartment complex. "

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms had everything we needed. (Fair warning to British tourists - there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, but it is easily available at the request at the lobby seating area.) Breakfast was very generous and catered to all - omnivores, vegetarians and vegans. 30 mins easy walk to Colosseum, or quick ride in public transport. 20 mins walk from Termini (bus/train depo). We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay."

"Nice Spaceous room and bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed ,with memory foam mattress and pillow. Only downfall was that sheets were spotted and not in prestine condition.A bit far away from main attractions in Rome . 35min walk to Colosseum and 40min walk to main train station in town."

"Very modern, clean, recently renovated. Short walk to the train station. Excellent price. Not a single thing wrong with this location and the included breakfast was awesome, fresh, and very filling. Highly reccomenddd---save your $ for attractions and get a great experience at this hotel for a very reasonable rate."

"It was a nice enough stay. I did think the photos on the site made it look a bit nicer than real life, and the bathroom was very small. But the bed was very comfy, and it was clean. One point of note - i was very grateful i'd packed ear plugs. the traffic noise was quite loud, and on the Saturday night there appeared to be a nightclub in close proximity, which played heavy bass until 2am."

"Really bad experience the last 2 dsys in Rome. Booked this hotel because the reservation said that had parking, and close to the Coliseum. Found out upon arrival that the parking was in the street and that would cost me an Euro an hour from 8 AM to 7 PM. Had breakfast but wasn’t free. Also had this guy that was taking care the coffee shop until 9:30 AM and also the hotel desk. Very disrispectful and arrogant. I was a 69 years old American guest (which pays with my stay his salary), he treated me...
