"Lovely staff and wonderful location. Spacious room with kitchenette. Staff were so friendly and gracious. Nice little bar downstairs. Only issues are the water turns off every night at 10 p.m and stays off until morning. A pump made a loud noise every 12 minutes all night long until the water is turned back on. The hotel provides a couple bottles of water per night as the hotel water is not potable. The location is on the heart of old town which is pedestrian only, so it's a very long walk to...

"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "
