"Your hotel look like a haunted house. So many mosquitos and ants, door is poor window is terrible, toilet go hot water and dirty and lots of spider webs.. i did not want to take a shower in that hotel. No wifi. Better to close down or improve. Its not operational standard."

"Excellent property, we stayed at the presidential suite which was opulent. Good business lounge with free flow cocktail evenings. Only potential area of improvement was the breakfast, coffee could have been better but it’s a small thing / first world problem"
