Most attractions are within a 15-minute walking distance. The staff were also polite. The hotel, as with most places in Erzurum does not offer alcohol on the premises. "

"We were not sure what to expect when we booked the hotel as the city of Erzurum is described as a transport hub, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a great hotel. Warm cozy and chic with modern decor. We both had our best sleeps in two weeks travelling the Anatolia region. Breakfast was excellent huge choice and coffee also which has been the first time also we were able to drink a hot coffee for breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay in Hotel Zade"

"Very friendly and kind staff. There was a problem with my room key which caused a beeping noise in the morning, but they took care of it immediately. Breakfast is decent.
