"We had an amazing stay at the Residence Porta Antica! We called the hotel when we were unsure with parking and Claudia came in her cart to show us where to park and then drive us to the hotel! She was such a pleasure and so friendly! She gave us a warm welcome and recommended several restaurants, as well as ice cream places! "Very helpful reception to help us get to the room as there are no car allowed. A taxi is required to get to the area as they are allowed. Very cute room and close to food and the ferry to Venice!"

"The Residence Carera was a great location. Super close to the harbor and many restaurants. The apartment was adequate. We happened to be there during their St. Euphemia Festival, which meant loud concerts from Friday through Sunday, but when the windows were closed, it kept most of the sound out. The music was good, too! The only issue is no black-out curtains, so bring a sleeping mask."

"I stayed 4 nights and did day trips to Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula. The village of Bale, where Hotel La Grisa is located, is worth exploring too. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. The bar and street cafe seating are very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"Had city facing room, which actually had a partial sea view. Nice hotel, a little dated with darker wood finish but good size room with tall windows. Bed comfortable, safe provided, fridge but no tea/coffee making facility. Good breakfast. Hotel is about a 15 min walk from bus station. We were there towards end of season so hotel quiet on check in but got a little busier. Enjoyed stay."

"We so enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Rovinj. It’s a very special hotel and really such a pleasure to be there. The hotel is next to a lovely pine filled park where you can cycle and swim from Rocky beaches. The facilities of the hotel are very luxurious from hot towels in the gym, the golf cart that took us to the tennis centre, and Hannah the hawk who sees off the seagulls from the infinity pool! Gym, tennis centre, spa and pools are all fantastic and well equipped. The rooms are very quiet and restful. We wanted to spend more time that we did just hanging out on the balcony. The food is generally good and Katrina’s the sandwich bar is a great place for a pitstop. The service is unparalleled. We were looked after so well by all the staff (and kept receiving lovely gifts throughout our stay). And the view! You can’t beat it. We will be back! "
