"The inn is centrally located and just a few minutes to many major sights and great restaurants. Our room was clean and very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay at Palermo Historica. Paolo was friendly and responded quickly to all of our questions before during our stay. "The room itself was beautiful and very clean with an amazing shower and great air conditioning. The problem was that it was extremely loud at night. We requested a quiet room not facing the street but were put in a room where you could hear partying all night long on the streets. Room 3 also has a door that used to open to the main hallway where all guests come through. Loud guests woke us up at 7 am because the walls are very thin. We paid for breakfast but they only offered yogurt, packaged...

"Mateo was excellent in communicating with me before coming over because I was going to be late. Siriana and Maria Laura were all so helpful during my whole stay and made my stay very pleasant throughout the 5 days I stayed at Bastione Spasimo, I would only suggest that the cleaning staff would clean the bathroom floor every day."

"My sister and I spent two nights at the Bellaroto and had a lovely time. Room was light and bright and very clean. In a fantastic location in the historic area within walking distance to shopping, dining and sightseeing. Our host, Michele, was charming and gave us some great tips for restaurants and sights to see. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again on a future visit! "

"Had a great time staying here, we received great service the entire time, including in-room massages and a very long list of restaurant and cafe recommendations. The hotel is walking distance to the center of Palermo and lots of great places to eat, but options on the same street are limited. This was fine for us but may not be the best choice for others who want to have restaurants and shops immediately accessible upon walking out of the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. "

"The property was perfect for what we needed at this point in our vacation - relaxing and a nice pool to cool down in after a hot day touring the Valley of the Temples. The location was great and the dinner Giuseppe made for us was delicious. The room could have used a little bit of maintenance but was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

Wonderful breakfast and complementary cakes and coffee throughout the day. The property was a wonderful peaceful haven of calm to return to after exploring the busy city. "We really enjoyed our stay. The host Rosi is very friendly and helpful. The building itself is full of history and characters. Our room is at the lower ground floor which has its own entrance. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The facilities in the room is prefect. The location is very central and close to every attraction. It is so easy to get there from the airport by the airport shuttle bus. We would definitely recommend this place in Palermo!! "

"Absolutely awesome place. Big, clean rooms well located. Great staff and great breakfast. I didn’t like having to book a breakfast slot but understand why they do it. I also had a “quiet” room but I could still hear the music from the bar, that said I put earplugs and promptly went to sleep. Definitely would stay again. "
