Although I hung out the sign saying I did not want housekeeping, the housekeeping staff opened my door (because there was no way to lock it) while I was undressed so I had to yell at them to stop. "Rine sehr schöne Pansion mit einem noch besseren Vermieter! Sehr sauber. Ein kleiner Kühschrank war auch da. Im Sommer sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich! So richlich das wir uns jeden Tag noch eine Weg Zehrung machen durften. Preis Leistung war ebenfals topp. Kann ich nur empfehlen! Schaut es Euch einfach mal an ihr werdet Überscht sein."

"The hotel is in an excellent position within the town. The staff were very pleasant. The only downside was that the radiators in the bedroom and bathroom both needed bleeding but by the time we discovered this the reception was closed (18.00). The bed was a little hard for our liking."

"Check inn was good, dinner great, room nice however due to room location once I’d gone to bed the team decided to have dinner at the table directly adjacent to my room so it was very noisy also the check out lady refused to believe that we’d prepaid for our rooms & insisted we pay again despite email evidence form Expedia, she was also extremely rude & deliberately unhelpful."

"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"Exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful Martin at Reception with Check in, Room allocation and Parking assistance for our campervan and talking to the chef to enable me to have something to eat after overhearing me trying to explain to the waiters my allergies. "Extremely disappointing. The hotel does not bear any similarity to the photos on site, in desperate need of a refurbishment. Room smelt of wet dog. Restaurant service was poor, kitchen ran out of food although we arrived 80 minutes before close of service, offered carrot salad and a pizza to share between two."
