"We loved our stay. Proximity to the Peace museum, shopping and restaurants was ideal. The best part was the buffet breakfast on the 25th floor. The view was to die for! Would highly recommend staying here. "

"The in-house laundry facility is convenient. The room looks outdated: the steps into the bathroom can be risky for older people. The bathtub is too deep and has no grab bars. The staff can be quite unhelpful. We asked for a room change to a room with a shower outside of the tub. We were charged extra ¥ 12,000 plus for the new room. The explanation given was because the new room was designated as a smoking room and we had asked for a non smoking. I was not convinced. I would not use this hotel again. "
