Special thanks to Lulu the staff member who looked after us, Lulu was helpful and accomodating from booking to departure, with excellent communication and a kind and courteous person who went out of her way to help us, including collecting us from the TranzAlpine train, storing our luggage, booking us a taxi to the airport.
