"My booked house was taken, and instead of it they give to us an ugly apartment looks like warehouse, for price comparable with Sheraton in Bishkek. "We have lived in Kyrgyzstan for over a year. I thought this hotel was nice, the facilities are updated and the staff was kind and helpful. If you come from America, like I do - realize you are on the Kyrgyz time. They will serve the meals at set times - it may not be all day. Be willing to be flexible and enjoy how they do things, you will have a lovely time. "
