"Love the property. We stayed in one of the renovated pool villas which was nicely done. We could see some parts of the resort needs renovation and updating. Warm and welcoming service. Housekeeping a little inconsistent and can be improved. Restaurant bookings also can be managed better. There could more choices of outlets for lunch and due to CNY, breakfast was a little chaotic, maybe open up one more outlet to accommodate the overflow of guests during breakfast? Beautiful setting and grounds....

"I loved the staff and their hospitality. The beauty of the hotel. The views and the options of dinning. Oh, and they were very thoughtful. They remembered things like, portable speaker, the bag in the closet, the adaptor for pulls and the welcoming drinks at the bar. There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel. We plan to return and to the same villa that we stayed in this year. "
